1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FluxPost, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Scope of Service

FluxPost is an AI-powered SaaS application that allows you to manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and WhatsApp from a single dashboard. Key features include:

• Multi-platform content publishing and scheduling
• AI-powered comment management and automated replies
• Direct message (DM) automation and flow building
• Story automation and content reposting
• Platform-specific analytics and content recommendations
• Competitor tracking and trend analysis

The scope of service may be expanded or reduced without prior notice. Plan-based restrictions may apply.

3. Account Obligations

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for the security of your account (password and access credentials). Report any suspicious access immediately.
• You must not share your account with others or transfer it to another person.
• If you are under 18, you may not use the service without parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use FluxPost for the following purposes:

• Generating spam, misleading content, or fake engagement
• Violating the terms of service of Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platforms
• Building infrastructure for botnets, malware, or phishing attacks
• Gaining unauthorized access to the accounts or data of others
• Sharing content that infringes copyright, trademark, or personality rights
• Publishing hate speech, violence, obscenity, or illegal content
• Conducting technical attacks aimed at overloading or disrupting our infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Platform Compliance

FluxPost uses official platform APIs and adheres to the developer terms of platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. However, each platform has its own usage limits and rules (for example, Meta's hourly DM limit, YouTube's daily quota system). FluxPost displays these limits on the relevant automation settings pages; however, compliance with these limits is ultimately the user's responsibility. FluxPost accepts no responsibility for account restrictions resulting from violations of platform rules.

6. Content Responsibility

The responsibility for copyright, accuracy, and legal compliance of content published through FluxPost lies entirely with the user. We will cooperate as necessary regarding content that is the subject of third-party complaints.

Text suggestions generated by AI are automated content and should be reviewed by the user before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

The FluxPost name, logo, interface, and source code belong to FluxPost and all rights are reserved. They may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative products without permission.

You retain the rights to the content you upload to your account. FluxPost does not use your content outside of providing the service.

8. Service Continuity and Warranty

We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or errors. Scheduled maintenance, platform API changes, or unforeseen technical issues may cause brief service interruptions.

Changes in social media platform API policies may cause some features to become temporarily or permanently unavailable. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide alternative solutions as soon as possible.

9. Subscription and Payment

FluxPost may offer paid plans. Pricing, payment terms, and any applicable refund policy are clearly stated during the subscription process.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For detailed payment and refund terms, please contact support@fluxpost.app.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by requesting it via email. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of a serious violation of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FluxPost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as follower loss, reach decline, platform penalties, API access revocation, or loss of revenue on the user's social media accounts.

This limitation excludes damages arising from FluxPost's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms with prior notice. Significant changes may be communicated via an announcement sent to your registered email address at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
